This high protein chicken stir fry is a staple in our house! Most stir fries are: low protein, high in refined carbs and fats, not filling. This one flips that.

Ingredients
- 2.5–3 lbs chicken breasts
- 5 cups frozen stir fry veggies
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium is ideal)
- 12 oz teriyaki sauce (low sodium is ideal)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 cups chicken bone broth
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups brown rice
Instructions
- Dice and cook chicken in a large skillet
- Add veggies + edamame.
- Stir in sauces + seasoning.
- Cook rice separately per box instructions
- Scramble eggs and mix into stir fry at the end.
- Combine and serve.
