High Protein Chicken Stir Fry (Metabolism + Blood Sugar Friendly)

This high protein chicken stir fry is a staple in our house! Most stir fries are: low protein, high in refined carbs and fats, not filling. This one flips that.

Nutrition Benefits

  • Balanced macros → better energy, fewer crashes

Ingredients

  • 2.5–3 lbs chicken breasts
  • 5 cups frozen stir fry veggies
  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium is ideal)
  • 12 oz teriyaki sauce (low sodium is ideal)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 cups chicken bone broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups brown rice

Instructions

  1. Dice and cook chicken in a large skillet
  2. Add veggies + edamame.
  3. Stir in sauces + seasoning.
  4. Cook rice separately per box instructions
  5. Scramble eggs and mix into stir fry at the end.
  6. Combine and serve.
